RETURN POLICY AND REGULATIONS
You can return the products you have purchased within 30 days from the invoice date. The original parcel and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products with no packaging or damaged products are not refundable. You must send the delivery note and warranty document with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. It is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature (eg products that require direct contact with the body during use, earrings, headphones, underwear, bikini), disposable products. In order to be able to return products such as DVD, VCD, CD, cassette, portable computer, mobile phone, consumables (toner, cartridge, etc.), cosmetic products, the packaging and / or the protective tape must not be opened. If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.

Your products are supplied when your order is approved according to the stock status and then shipped. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING DELIVERY
